Our fitness testing is carried out on the Wattbike. Using this technology, we will give you 5 heart rate zones to base your Triathlon Coaching training on. This is done through analysing your FTP (Functional Threshold Power and your VO2 Max Power.
We analyse your FTP, using the Wattbike. This is a metric to estimate the highest average power that you can sustain for one hour, which are measured in Watts. This metric will give data necessary to determine where you are in your fitness and helps us paint a bigger picture into the amount of effort you can sustain over long distances.
Through our VO2 max testing service we also provide clients with heart rate and power zones for cycling and running training.
